A bull boss in the Lumbridge cow field. Brutus appears whenever a player is in the field and leaves when it empties, and after a kill he's back in about 15 seconds. At combat level 30 with 58 hitpoints, he's a boss a new account can take on.
Brutus hits twice for up to 3, then on every third swing he stomps or charges. The game warns you ("rears up to stomp - move!" or "charges - get out of the way!") and marks your tile. Take one step and you take nothing; stay put and you take up to 19, and prayer won't block it.
Eating an Abyssal potato in the cow field summons Demonic Brutus (combat 1,224, 750 hitpoints). His ordinary hits reach 43 and go straight through Protect from Melee, and his stomp and charge hit for up to 56, so the one-step dodge matters far more. He always drops Brutus slippers.
Every Brutus kill drops Bull bones and Raw beef. Before his table rolls he also has his own chance at three uniques: the Mooleta (1 in 30), the Bottomless milk bucket (about 1 in 39) and Cow slippers (about 1 in 160, announced to the server). Both forms share one collection log section.
