All four God Wars generals, the 40-kill killcount gate on each chamber, and the real drop tables straight from the server.
All four God Wars generals are on Ashmarch. Each one sits in its own chamber behind a killcount gate, with three bodyguards. It is the main source of godsword shards and the Armadyl, Bandos, Saradomin and Zamorak gear.

Each door needs 40 kills of that god's followers. Donators need 5 fewer per tier, down to 5 at Zenyte. Bodyguards count too. Opening the door spends only the requirement and keeps the rest, and walking back out of a chamber is free.
Each god's altar restores your Prayer (more for each item of that god you wear). It works once every 10 minutes, not while in combat, and its Teleport option takes you outside that chamber door. Wearing a god's item makes that god's followers in the corridors leave you alone; it does nothing in the chambers.
Generals respawn 30 seconds after a kill, and followers after 15 seconds.

The generals drop their god's armour and weapons and godsword shards. Each general's pet drops at 1 in 5,000. Finishing a general's collection log section pays 3 Mystery boxes and a Ruby bond.
