The King Black Dragon was the 2006 endgame boss and is still the first serious solo kill for many accounts. It is combat 276 with 240 hitpoints, and its fight is mostly about dragonfire.

The rarest drops are the Draconic visage (1/5,000), the Dragon med helm (1/257) and the Rune crossbow (1/128). There are no KBD heads on Ashmarch. The pet drops at 1 in 1,800.
