Ironman with up to four friends: trade, loot and share storage inside your group, with Hardcore groups sharing one life per member.
Group Ironman is Ironman for up to 6 players. You play by Ironman rules, but members of your group can trade each other, pick up each other's drops and share a group storage. Pick Group Ironman or Hardcore Group Ironman on the Group Ironman tab of the game mode screen when you first log in.
The easiest way is the Group tab in the side panel: Create a group asks you for a name, groups with room are listed with ask to join, and a group's leader sees every join request with Accept and Decline. The commands below do the same from chat.
| Command | What it does |
|---|---|
| ::group create <name> | Start a group (name up to 12 letters, numbers or spaces). You become its leader. |
| ::group invite <player> | Leader only. The player gets a prompt to join. They must be online, on the same mode, and not in a group. |
| ::group kick <player> | Leader only. |
| ::group leader <player> | Hand leadership to another member. |
| ::group leave | Leave the group. If the leader leaves, the longest-serving member takes over; the last member out disbands it. |
| ::group storage | Open the group storage (at a bank). |
| ::group | Show your group, its members and storage. |
Every group shares 80 storage slots, opened at any bank with ::group storage. Click an item in your inventory to store it, or a stored item to take it (1, 5, 10, All or X). Only tradeable items can be stored, and only one member can have it open at a time.
A hardcore group has one shared life per member. Any member's death costs the group a life. When the last life is lost, every member becomes a regular Group Ironman.
